Danse Macabre

'Danse Macabre' is an underground audio tour of some of the historical graves in West Norwood Cemetery, set to 'dance music'. Working with a physics engineer, Ounanian creates a specially tuned amplifier which transmits audio underground; literally turning the earth into a temporary speaker.
'The Danse Macabre was a traditional form of iconography, popular throughout Europe, depicting Death engaged in a dialogue with every member of society, form the Pope to the Common Labourer.'
