How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday. After processing, the estimated transit time is 5–8 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 6–11 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can my delivery be delayed?
Yes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional factors, or other circumstances outside our control.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How do I request a return?
Contact our customer support team at info@stevenlevon.com before sending anything back. Returns must be approved first. Returns sent without approval may not be received or processed.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In those cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
What condition must my return be in?
Items must be unused, in original condition, returned in the original packaging, and include all accessories.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
Can I exchange an item?

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@stevenlevon.com. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us immediately at info@stevenlevon.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
What happens if my package cannot be delivered?
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it from a pickup location, additional return and reshipping costs may apply.
